-
Participants also receive two weeks of digital support.
FAQ's
In this space, we work with gentle and mindful movements that tone, activate, and relax the facial muscles, promoting muscular balance, freshness, and natural expression.
Note: through the face, we connect our senses with the external world; we breathe, eat, speak, feel, see, and express ourselves, thus sustaining a deeper connection with ourselves.
