Gentle group practices that activate the body’s natural relaxation response through breathwork, facial stimulation and mindful movement focused on supporting vagal tone and emotional regulation.
 

These sessions explore the relationship between the vagus nerve and our emotional landscape through accessible facial exercises, conscious breathing and somatic grounding practices. The intention is to cultivate calm, presence and deeper self-connection.

Format: Online
Language: Spanish with interventions in English, depending on the group.
Schedule:  Every second Friday

Time: 7 AM Montreal | 6 AM Mexico City
Suggested contribution: 15–30 CAD
Includes: 90 minute session + Digital materials for two weeks

Each gathering includes:

    Accessible somatic patterns to cultivate presence.

  • Shared pauses and reflection
    Moments to settle together and integrate the experience.

  • Participants also receive two weeks of digital support.
