What is the approach behind these sessions?

An integrative framework informed by both contemporary and traditional yoga, Ayurveda principles and body-based interoceptive education. Applied through personalized sessions to adapt to your personal needs and capacity, supporting a safe and sustainable practice.

FAQ's

  • In Quebec only, as a member of the ANQ, I provide receipts that are generally accepted for most insurance companies for reimbursement.

  • All forms of yoga support well-being, each offering something unique; however, yoga therapy is a personalized approach that adapts practices to your specific needs and goals, while integrating somatic and interoceptive awareness to help you reconnect with your body and restore balance.

  • If you feel that sharing a session with someone may support your process, we can consider it with care. It’s a beautiful way to explore connection, mutual support, and shared self-regulation through conscious movement. 

    Please note that this is not a regular modality nor a “Acroyoga” session, but rather an adaptation of your individual journey. At least 24 hours' notice is required.
